You must install the Oracle Database Client on the AssetWise Information Integrity Server computer.

During installation, choose the Administrator installation type.

After installation, open the Oracle Net Configuration Assistant (Start > Oracle - OraClient_yourHome > Net Configuration Assistant and select Local Net Service Name configuration to create a tnsname.ora entry.

In some instances, changed settings do not take effect until system reboot.

After a restart, make sure that the Oracle MTS Recovery Service is running.
